    Lots of exercise during the day leading to restless nights?

    I think I might be transitioning back to enjoying exercise. It seems like any time I exercise now I just end up with more energy then I had before.

    I'm sore right now, definitely, but my brain just keeps telling me to work. I feel amazing right now too. I was playin' ball and I just felt like I could climb over the back board. Also I've noticed other weird changes since controlling my diet and losing weight.

    My sweat is like pure water right now, where as before I would say it was more like ocean water if that makes since? It's less oily and salty is I guess what I am trying to say, doesn't burn my eyes.

    When I'm layin' in bed and I just feel like runnin' should I get up and do that?
