    If u click onto the link there is advised training routines there, But me and the rest of the team are also gonna do some sprints at the sand dunes which will be a killer, some rope climbing, weighted sledge dragging and im trying to get my hands on some proper thick rope to do that thing u seen Ortiz doing in the build up to Floyd - flicking the rope out hard over and over. Obviously the regular pull ups, jogging and general boxing training too


    BTW how GANGSTER does Bain look!? Cant wait for that *****!

      Got the sledge thing i was talking about, its just a steel plate with a curved edge and a pole welded to the centre for adding weight disks. Sledge must weigh about 20k id guess and i added three 20kg disks. There is a strop attached to the sledge and u just hook it onto ur belt and run like ****!

      Ive been doing 60 metre sprints and its hard work!

      Also this week the gym owner is gonna have bit piece of timber fixed to the ground for us to wedge our feet against sitting down while we pull an 20 metre rope in, the rope will be attached to the weighted sledge obviously so that will be a burner!
