Rules: you must do them in this manner.
1. Begin in a squat position with hands on the floor.
2. Kick feet back to push up position.
3. Perform one push up.
4. Return feet to squat position.
5. Leap up a few inches off the ground or as high as you want.

Do 100 of them and post your time. Mine was 15 minutes and 7 seconds, still lots of room for improvement LOL
