My stomach, is nauseated in the morning. I drink a can of guava juice before my morning walk, but I think this might be better. Squeeze lemons and put the juice in an ice tray then at night, put one of the cubes in the refrigerator so to be unfrozen in the morning then in a 16.93 oz glass filled with strawberry juice and the lemon juice, and drink it right before my morning walk.

I wouldn't recommend any fast digesting carbs before a workout especially in the morning, this usually leads to the "sugar crash" and leaves you without any energy. However a good glass of water thirty minutes before your morning walk will certainly help, at least that's what it does for me when my stomach isn't feeling all that great some mornings.

What the last guy said is total rubbish, the fruit is carbohydrates, and the best source or carbohydrate at that, you will get no crash from having fruit. The "crash" only comes when your glycogen stores are depleted. And this isnt going to happen if you eat enough fruit because you will have enough carbohydrates and thus enough glycogen stored. I would defnatly recomend having fresh squezed lemon in the morning, this is something i do. Try it with a class of water, really gets the flem moving in your system, you will be spitting loggies all the way on your walk.
