TS, I was in that same place not too long ago. Make sure you train, train, train, train like your life was on the line. When the big moment arrives, always defend yourself at all times and never lose your composure.
Hi MoneyMayForever, Im just wondering, what is it you are preparing for? Are you preparing for your first sparring session, or is it more of a intergym sparring competion type of thing?
Because if you are preparing for your first sparring session i would say you are overthingking things, if its for a sparring intergym comppetition sort of thing then Id work mostly on fitness and technique
