Get at least a 100-120 lb heavy bag. The lighter ones will sway all over the place when you hit them.

If you hit hard enough and carry enough power you have to get the larger weights. Im 5'9" 157.5 and i use a 215

a bag is not built for the size of the guy hitting it.
what bag u use depends on what your working on
if you have a big bag your working on power.
smaller bag, your working technique.
