anyone have any suggestions regarding supplements?

I'm 6'1 and my weight fluctuates between 190 to the 200's. I'd like to be around 170 ish. i know all about what it takes to lose weight, but I'm looking for an aid. no steroids. i'd like my balls to stay as they are.

so does anyone take anything whilst training? does anyone have any recommendations?

    Water.

    For real.

Caffeine and creatine are also good. If you're looking for a thermogenic, save your money, they do not work.

Most weight loss supplements consists of a ****tail of stimulants which really aren't healthy and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Also nothing that you can buy over the counter is really going to work like you want it to. Nothing will really. Whether you are trying to gain or lose weight.

You could look into L-Carnitine, Forslean, Cayenne Pepper Extract, and CLA, but like it said don't expect any miracles.

Losing weight, just like gaining weight, is all about diet. Drink a lot of water, eat more green vegetables instead of things like bread, potatoes, and rice. Eat leaner cuts of meat. Like chicken or turkey instead of beef.

Just decrease your calories and do moderate paced cardio for 25-30 minutes 3-4 times a week.

Moderate paced cardio like a brisk walk on a treadmill or an elliptical with the resistance on it's midway setting.

I had positive results with ECA but it seems very hard to get hold of now.
