Hey guys, Just a quick question.
Always liked boxing but never really had the confidence to step inside a gym and start training. Although now, I really want to and i've heard boxing can really boost your confidence, is this true?
And also if you could offer any advice on starting boxing training, not looking to compete or anything like that. Purely for fitness and personal enjoyment only.
