    Punching in a container.

Back in April I had a surgery in my left armpit that had put out of commission for a bit. During that time I moved an old 120lb heavy-bag into a steal shipping container normally used for storage. I live in Florida, where it's normally in the 90's F during summer, and in my new pseudo gym (I've named the steal furnace of pain) the heat gets into the 100's. There is very little circulation. I've only a desk fan and the door's open. the air tastes of rust, and moldy wood. The floor is oak and smoothed by years loading and unloading. The bag is hung in the center of the first half just 30 feet or so from the doors and high enough so that I'd have to jump to hit the top, leaving the very packed bottom and mid section of the bag the only available places to punch. Now that I'm healthy again and punching I'm in there for an hour a day putting out 120 punches a minute for 20 minutes with a minute rest in between. I don't really have a question. I've just read Kemp's ballet post //krikya360.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=482143 I understand his logic. He's looking for something a bit different that may give him an edge, right? Kind of made me second guess punching in a container. Perhaps I've illusion-ed myself. And so the only course of action to take is to submit my actions to the court of public opinion and wait my results. Thanks

    What?

I'm confused by what you mean when you say punching in a container.
