    Hi Rockin'.

My ladyfriend is busy a lot, so I have lots of free time.

When you go to the boxing gym, how long do you train for?

    Thanks.

when I was just starting I would train at the gym for about 1-1/2 hours, with running in the morning and such. When I fought pro there was the running and I'd spend about 2-1/2 hours training. If you do your running and work hard in the gym you won't need any other sport or exercises...........Rockin'

lol, Sugar Ray Robinson always credited his footwork on being a street dancer as a child.

i know my footwork has greatly improved since taking capoeira and African-diaspora stick fighting.

dance shouldn't hurt you. if you got the fire to fight no way a few dance moves should take that out of you.
