    if you're doing boxing training (assumed) simply reducing your carbs will most likely make you drop pretty quick, though I dont recommend it

      For cutting my weight i use simple diet food like vegetables and fruits.i do running for 30 minutes regularly and i avoid fast food.With these tools i have reduced so much weight.
