3 in 1 bag

anyone used a 3 in 1 bag? i see lonsdale make them and fighting sports makes one that is available from title. i was interested in the bag just wondering if anyone has any experience with it. seems to be more popular in the u.k

we have a lonsdale 3 in 1 bag in our gym. its all right, not really heavy like a maize bag and doesnt move like a double end bag, but is really good for quick combinations, it feels more realistic than a really wide angle bags but they move too much if you throw punches too hard. in short, they move a bit too much if you hit them too hard but they feel realistic when throwing combos.

do you have it attached to the floor with a cable?

yeah. the cable makes it annoying as it doesnt move as much and it doesnt increce the resistance the bag offers to punches. if your going to get one dont strap it to the floor with an elastic cable.

my problem is i wont be hanging it from the ceiling, i have a bag stand so it cant swing more than 1 or 2 feet back before it hits the stand. i almost have to tie it down since it cant swing freely.
