    Fish Oil?

Picked up a couple of nagging injuries from 3 weeks of heavy road work, a joint pain on the outside of my right kneee that is sore when slightly bent, painful goin up & down stairs, and a slight tendon strain in my left foot on the top left side.

I'm contemplating taking fish oil supplements to see if it helps as I don't want to slow down on my training, I've stopped road work & have switched to less miles on the treadmill for now.

Does anyone recommend or have any experience with fish oil to treat joint / tendon pains and if so, any suggested brands?

Any other tips on reducing / coping with road work induced injuries would be great too. Thanks.

Fish oil is very good for the health, and also provide all the necessary
nutrition to the body. Fish oil also provide strength to the body
    which is good.

What no one will tell you and that few know is that fish oil or any form of omega 3 is bad for you if you take it more than once or twice a week (and a much smaller dose is needed than you're told). That being said, you want the following at a minimum for your stated problem:
      A good multivitamin with B-Complex.
      500-750 mg total magnesium.

Make sure the vitamins are organic and from whole foods (Nature's Way, Natrol, Swanson, etc.) because if they aren't, you're not only not fixing the problem but damaging your long-term health.

For your multivitamin, I suggest Nature's Way Alive! Whole Food Energizer or their Two Daily multivitamin. I take the former.
I order my supplements from swansonvitamins.com Funny enough I just took my multivitamin and magnesium pills ten minutes ago.
      Good luck.
