      Nice!

I've been watching what videos of his I can find on youtube, really interesting, I like the way he says everything so calmly so you can absorb it

One question, maybe someone can answer for me

I've also been checking out some Chris Getz videos, his footwork and style seems much more rigid, compared to Kennys where he teaches the bounce rhythm from the start and how to punch from it (which makes a lot of sense to me, more so than other styles I've seen)

Would I be ok to follow that bounce style or are you more likely to get knocked the **** over?

So many conflicting lessons, I think I read up too much from different trainers

Hey man same here I was really confused but than I asked here which DVD coach is the one and most agreed that it's Kenny. So the key is to pick one and a good one....

He teaches rhythm too and everyone has it's own rhythm..

The thing about boxing is it is just like any other martial art, there are many schools of thoughts.

Some are more rigid, some are more fluid. For example, I remember the old school guys teaching how to throw the left hook with the knuckles down instead of the more commonly thrown hook with the knuckles at an angle.

Either one is good, it's just the school of thought.

As I have said before, you should learn what best fits your physical attributes, some fighters are slicker than others, some are more pressure rugged fighters.

Trainers should also allow a fighter to develop inot his own style. Kind of like a jump shot in basketball, even though Larry Birds shot wasn't picture perfect, it worked for him and you should let something like that develop.
