One Arm Really Stronger Than The Other!

When am doing bicep curl, my right arm is alot a stronger than my left. I can lift fairly heavy on bicep curl with my right, but my left is pretty damn weak.

Is this natural, do you always have one ar ALOT stronger than the other. What shall I do? How can I get my left arm to be as strong as my right?

yes its natural. when you do everything with your left or right arm of course its gonna be stronger than the other one. thats why left handed people have a stronger left arm and vice versa

this post will bring lots of jokes,

but really if your boxing its to be expected.

hitting things is like weight lifting in reverse.

you jabbing with one arm.(small rapid explosions.)

with mostly chambered-hands on the other side. (large not so regular explosions.)

your back, arms, legs, and abs will all develop unevenly. (but both will be strong in different ways.).

thats the one thing martial arts has on boxing. they usually train both sides.
