    do ur shoulders get sore after throwing alot of punches?

    am i the only 1's who shoulders get sore after throwing punches?

        I would recommend not overexerting yourself once you start.

        Everyone gets sore the first time,
        If it keeps happening, rest a little

            but nah my shoulders never get sore from throwin alot during a sparring session or fight or mit work

                Yeah right, I work the hardest in the gym and im there for the longest. You cant say im not working hard just because my shoulders dont hurt after a working out. It's not weightlifting, The topic was from throwing alot of punches. If your shoulders hurt from throwing alot of punches while sparring, or doing mit work lol then something is wrong.... Yeah your arms may get tired, which will cause u to drop ur guard cuz ur fatigued. but i wouldnt say its cuz ur "shoulders" are hurting

                like the other guy said, burn outs? YES your shoulders will hurt, iont care who u are lol Im guessing thats what its called burn outs, cuz ya shoulders/arms wil be burning lol

                    I don't think he means sore as in hurting, I think he just means the lactic acid buildup everyone feels. I don't care who you are, if you're throwing hard punches your arms will get tired. It's perfectly natural, but as you increase your endurance it won't be as bad.
