Ok so I've been out f the gym for about a month now due to injury, lazyness and now the flu. I think I'm over it now though. The interesting thing is I have lost alot of fat this week. So I'm guessing lots of muscle too. What can I do when I go back next week to get my performance up quickly? Thanks

It's likely a combination of fat loss and the fact that there's no food just sitting around in your body. That alone can account for 4 or more pounds. Also, you may have lost some muscle but nothing significant in that amount of time.
Tip: Get a set of calipers or a bodyfat scale. They won't be 100% accurate, but they'll give you something to go on. For example, if you lose 10 pounds and your bodyfat is staying relatively stable, you lost something besides body fat.

dont worry about it, whenever i get sick i look less muscular, less defined, and frail. overall skinnier..but once you get well again and back in the groove of things, you will be right back where you were before..
