Im getting back into training soon

Ive purchased some whey protein and 3 bottles of other supplaments in creatine, fish oil (supports cardiovascular health), nitric oxide overdrive

One thing i posted i was wondering if instead of eating breakfast to eat protein with a banana? Ive never trained with supplaments before and i hope it goes well i start on the 15th. What you guys think of the stuff i got? and what else should i buy? Thank you. 5''11 235 lbs 23 years old

Out of those things, you would only really need fish oil, it's a healthy fat that's good for the heart and actually helps with fat loss

I recommend only multi-vitamins, and fish oil..as far as protein, you should just get that directly from meat sources, and other healthy yet fatty foods such as peanut butter, raw unsalted almonds, etc.

Fish oil is good for the joints, I took some for a while a few years back.
I do not recommend creatine, it adds water weight, and you will shrink right back to were you were the minute you get off of it.
That is the problem with most supplements, you have to understand that to preserve what they "give" you, you have to continuously be on them lol.
Either way good luck!! I am also jumping back into the gym on Monday! and i'm so excited!
Now the only thing I take besides a controlled diet and plenty of water is Mega men multi-vitamins.

I use GNC sport multivitamins for men and that has l glutamine in it, they're pretty good multi vitamins.

just a thought, and kinda late by the looks of it...but your money is better spent on a gym then supplements. most of them are a waste of $$ anyway if you have the inclination to do a little research and have a go at eating properly. But hey, not like I or everyone hasn't done things a bit ass backwards from time to time. Just saying.

Good luck when you get there and with your training.
