    Super Featherweight Nutrition?

    I wanted to know what is the BEST stuff out there and what I should buy. I dont know s**t about nutrition (Protein, Iron, Colories) all that sort of stuff. But im thinking I might need it. I train 5 days a week for 3 hours a day and work full time 5 days a week and run 3 miles 5 days a week... So as you can see I get plenty tired sometimes. So I was wondering what stuff I should take to help me just feel better so my body could handle my schedule and so it can help me out in the gym. Im 5"8' and weight 130lb right now but im normally around 126lb if that helps any.

    Go to GNC and get Mega Men multivitamins.
    Fish Oil is also a great supplement, good for recovery and lubricating joints, I wouldn't go any farther than that though.
    Stay away from stuff like creatine and weight loss stuff.
    Don't forget plenty of water and a good source of protein!
