    Is ************ good for your physique?

    Inspired from the *** thread.

    Basically does ************ increase your physique? I've read that it works on your abs? Is this true?

    I'm not necessarily talking for boxing, I'm just talking about general physique. However, I actually heard it gets you pumped up for a fight (not necessarily a boxing match) because it gets your adrenaline rushing.

    Lol ,are you trolling ,thats ridiculous ************ is a sin when preparing for a fight and maybe it works on your abs if you hunch over your computer i really don't know and doubt it

      nope. the decrease in test makes you less pumped for a fight and decreases your workout ferocity. try not jaking it for a week and see how much better your workouts are

        No. When Teddy Atlas says that "the other guy didn't beat so and so, he beat himself", he's talking about more of a psychological thing.
