Video one: Hitting a medicine ball on your abs is total bollocks, its just a old school routine like running with army boots on. No benefits whats so ever, just gives u blisters and sore feet.

      Video two: Thats pretty cool

Video 3: I saw it yday when you posted it on NSB. You say your really tired so no need to point out mistakes.

Video 4: watch tyson! your doing it completely wrong

For the abs video, you should really get someone else to stand over you and hit you with it so it gets all sides of the body and is more consistent / harder, instead of dropping it from that small height.

What ?, it prepares you to take body shots so you can handle them better and somewhat know what to expect, most gyms and trainers do this.

Speed bag vid: Relax !, maybe it's just me but you look so tense while you're on it, have fun.

        Heavybag is fine.

Slip bag, haven't used this much but your slips start of going too wide of the bag and at times looked a bit sloppy but as I said I haven't used it much so can't exactly judge much.

Looking good keep up the hard work.

Bull. Nothing is better for preparing to take shots to the midsection than taking a medicine ball to the stomach. I know this from experience.

What's so wrong with it? I've never used the maize ball but the point is to slip it like you'd slip punches. How did Tyson use it?

slipping a slip bag has nothing to do with reflexes, its timing and technique. just watch a few tyson training videos or ask your trainer how to use it.. uve only had one fight so u will learn as u go on

and sorry i cant find the link but freddie roach said that its a load of BS, just some silly old school crap. me and many others i know believe this - roach saying it or not. ab exercises, crunches, bicycle sit ups improve ur abdominal muscles and able you to take body shots not somebodyhitting u with a medicine ball. let me hit u in the head 10 times to the left and right jaw, yeah ur jaw is going to get stronger?

medicine ball is a myth.. new training methods are taking over 1910 stuff

Crunches and Ab exercises arn't going to get you used to be hitting in the mid section are they ?, they build you up but that's all.
With the medicine ball it's not about you getting stronger it's about getting used to the pain and such.

If you do all those sit ups and ab exercises without knowing the pain of it and you get nailed in a fight it's going to be 10x worse then if you already know what what it's like to get hit.
