    Nothing for about three hours when I have my dinner.

      depends on what time I finish if its late usually wait about an hour and have apple and a protein shake.

        if your going to have a protein shake you have to take in the window of time at about 30min max after your workout otherwise it will be useless and post workout is always with water so your muscles will absorve it instantanly

          I didn't eat anything all day. Just got done working out. Ate half of a bag of Nestle Chocolate Chips which if my math is correct is like 10 billion calories.

            I take some shrimp like 15 of em and fry em up with a little bit of olive oil, garlic powder, onion flakes, and pepper. while im frying them up ill have a bowl of ramen noodles cooking in the microwave. by the time the noodles are done so is the shrimp ill drain the noodles mix them witht he shrip add 1/4 cup parm cheese, alittle home made spagetti sauce, and some pepper, its delicious. some times ill even add some water to the shrimp, steam up some broclii and add that in.

            its got like 50 g of protien 50-70 g of carbs and 10-15g of fat. so like 490-615 calories.

                  just a low cal protein bar or two. then i walk the hour home from the gym - consuming about 1.5 litres of water on the way.

                    I normally train in the evening before dinner so after training

                    grilled meat/chicken mostly
