Yes, I study all of the UFC guys and how they throw their hooks (and other punches).

Then I simply do the exact opposite of what they do.

ufc guys do not know how to throw efficient hooks, when you want to know how to throw a hook look no further than a boxer,a boxer has the right hand coordination,he has the right hip movement he has the right foot positioning, and knows the precise timing when to unleash the useful blow, ufc fighters and boxers are like comparing apples and oranges,

Best advice ever, UFC fighters are excited, but undisplined.

I throw my fitzsimmons right swing just like that cept way better and faster.

Like in the pic rashad is leaning wayyyy to far forward, his guard isnt up, and his elbow isnt at a 90 degree angle. by simply raising his guard and keeping his elbow at 90 degrees the punch would look alot better. then theres the mechanics of the Fitzsimmons right swing, you drop you hand down and back leverageing the inside of your bicep against your back the moment that inside touches your back you take a step forward with your right initiating the swing the arm comes around with astounding speed and weight behind it while the instant before impact you should close your fist and whirl your shoulder into it, but its a long swing that leaves your right open and forces you to take a step forward with your right (but since your stepping with the right your never un balanced and leaning wayyy forward).

sooo the only time you should ever use this is when the opponent slips/circles to your left, in turn you dont need to worry about your right guard as much so you can drop your hand down and back and since hes to your left when you take the right step with the swing all you need to do is pivot on your left foot and your back in stance and facing your opponent so even if you miss your not totally open.

But its so easy to counter with all that wide open space and jaw hangin everywehre

This is amazing that a pro fighter would throw like this
