    Dieting to lose weight

    Greetings everyone,
    I need to lose a few pounds and maintain a low weight. I don't want to lose too much muscle in this process because my muscle mass is already quite low I think.
    I have started dieting recently, by eating less in general, while making up for the protein loss by drinking a protein shake at night.

    I drink a lot of water and eat cellary throughout the day to fill me up.
    My dinner is always healthy with fresh ingrediants, but I'm not sure what to eat for breakfast and lunch. I usually eat muesli and/or sanwiches but they contain quite a lot of calories I've noticed.

    So what I'm asking for is the following:
    -Recommend me some meals for breakfast/lunch.
    -Recommend me some healthy snacks that I can eat throughout the day. I recon I'll be getting bored of just cellary sooner or later.

    Oatmeal is a great breakfast, I eat mine with a banana and not only is it healthy but it will also keep you feeling full for quite a while.

    As for snacks, fruit is always a good choice. Try to eat a variety throughout the day so you don't get bored.
