Hey boxers! New member here, how's everyone punching?

I'm from toronto. Anyone knows where I can find I beam clamp/hanger near toronto? Got a punching bag I'd like to hang up in my basement.

I have a bag at home for when I can't make it to the gym. I got something like this: , but I think I got mine from ringside.com

Also make sure you get a spring if you're getting a heavier (>75 lbs or so) bag if you want to cut down on noise.
