    Ok.. heres the story lol

I got a catchweight bout at 150lbs, which is 68kg on sept 12th

im currently 65.5 and my trainer said eat how much you want so the bout goes thru

my fitness at the moment is very good, how can i put on a kilo or 2 without my fitness going down and gaining faT?

    thanks

    Hi,

I think you will gain some decagram when you drink much water. You can also try to intense your muscle workout or increase the muscle workout units and eat more after each workout. On that way you will gain some "healthy" pounds I guess, because after the workout the body require more cabrohydrates, vitamines and stuff like that. As far as I know muscles weigh more then fat.

Best of luck for your fight.

    Peace,

    Reem

Ok as long as you realize he's the bigger man. You wouldn't believe the KO I saw this Sat on your weight class, one dude giving up weight.

So that's about a 5 lb gain in 5 weeks (including this week). Easy, just increase your caloric intake so it's 500 cals above your BMR and eat clean.

Just increase the size of your meals a little. And go easy on the running the week of the fight.

its only a 2.5kg difference, thats nothing. To much is made of weight classes in boxing, you gonna be worried bout gettin in a scrap with some dude on the street if they weigh 2.5kg more than you? Won't even make a difference.
