Me shadow boxing. I'd appricate some pointers if you guys can give me some like what i need to improve or focus on more etc. Im about 215 lbs im working on shedding 45 more lbs. I already got rid of 15 lbs so far.

looks solid but your footwork isnt that good you are off balance a lot and you cross your feet. im sure you know the basics like which foot moves first when you move to the left or right
also get your elbows up when you throw hooks
not sure what you were doing at the end...were you watching the game? why did you turn your head?

first off the correct way to shadow box is to do it in front of a mirror,this way you can visualize an opponent in front of you,you seem to be throwing the same punches all the time and you are always moving to your left,you need to mix up the punches and blend them with different sets of combinations,here a couple of basic punches for starters,jab,jab,left hook,slip come around throw the right,jab,jab,step to your left throw a double left hook,step back throw an uppercut,step to the right slip under and to the left,slip under and to the right,right shot to the body,back up and throw a jab,you seem to have some pretty good speed and your hands seem like they are coordinated,so just mix up the punches and the foot work
