    My daily workout

    -500 situps
    -300 pushups
    -1 hour running
    -5 rounds of 3min-shadowboxing

    Will i get ripped in three weeks with that new workout?

    3 weeks? Depends how much muscleyou already have and how much fat is covering it up. Also what you're eating is important.

          Well in his defence, doing 300 pushups throughout the day really isn't that hard... maybe that's what he means?

            Your diets got to be clean man as well .I read onced you can do all the situps and running in the world but if crisps and cheese are part of your diet you'll probably still not see your abs .Also intensity is important so run fast and hard .

              i'm not lying. There are much harder workouts than what i do. I have done martial arts and cross country running since i'm 14 years old.
              Lifting weight is harder.

                  Unless you're a fat person, yes, you should get ripped in 3 weeks or less, make sure you drink lots of water..
