    fat burning soup diet

    Diet Fat Burning Soup Ingredients:
    large onions
    green peppers
    can tomatoes
    celery
    head cabbage
    Chicken stock cube


    Season to taste with salt and pepper



    Eat as much diet fat burning soup as you want, whenever you want and at any time of the day.

    Here is a 7 day eating plan for a fat burning diet to use with your diet fat burning soup.

    DAY 1

    You can eat any fruits except bananas. Cantaloupes and water melons are lower in calories than most fruits although not so filling. Eat your diet fat burning soup and fruit on the first day, for drinks choose unsweetened tea, cranberry juice and plenty of WATER.

    DAY 2

    You can have any vegetables, fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Include leafy green vegetables, the darker the better, and stay away from raw beans, potatoes, peas and corn. Eat all the vegetables you can along with your diet fat burning soup. At dinner on this day reward yourself with a big baked potato and butter. You can eat all the vegetables you want this day but no fruit.

    DAY 3

    Mix day 1 with day 2. Eat all the fruits and vegetables you want but you cannot have a baked potato this day.

    DAY 4

    You can have bananas and skimmed milk. Eat as many bananas and drink as many glasses of milk as you can on day 4 along with your diet fat burning soup. Bananas are high in calories and so is the milk, but on this day your body needs the potassium, carbohydrates, protein and calcium to lessen the craving for sweets. Do not eat any other fruit or vegetables today!

    DAY 5

    Beef and tomatoes. You may have as much as ten to twenty ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes, or as many as 6 fresh tomatoes on this day. Try to drink at eat 6-8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your diet fat burning soup at least once this day but do not have any other fruit or vegetables today!

    DAY 6

    Beef and vegetables. Eat to your hearts content beef and vegetables this day. You can have 2 or 3 steaks with dark leafy green vegetables but no baked potatoes or fruit. Be sure to eat your diet fat burning soup at least once this day.

    DAY 7

    Brown Rice, unsweetened fruit juice and vegetables. Again eat as much as you like, be sure to eat your diet fat burning soup at least once this day but no fruit.


    So giving this a shot.



    Lost 2pounds after the first day.

    Day 1
    -2xSoup
    -G****s
    -Pineapple
    -Blackberries
    -Plenty of water



    Day 2 has been difficult due to the lack of fruit. Jacket potato tasted great.

    Day 2

    -1 Soup
    - Broccoli
    - Carrots
    - Cauliflower
    - Mushrooms
    - Jacket Potato



    First day was fine. On my second day and really want some stuff not on the list. Fingers crossed I stick to it all week Let you guys know how I get on.

      Unless you're obese and drastically require weight loss I'd consider an alternative. Weight loss on the one week cabbage soup diet is apparently more likely to come from water loss and muscle rather than fat burning. Plus I really can't see you having much energy to exercise whilst on this diet, you'll probably be feeling miserable and weak after a few days.

      I'm pretty sure Kelly Pavlik eats cabbage soup for breakfast when he's trying to make weight, but that's not all he eats. The most effective way to lose weight (and keep it off) is to stick to a healthy sensible diet and exercise regularly.

        I'm no expert, but I've had to lose a ****load of weight in a short period of time many times in my life.

        If you want to lose weight, reduce your calories. If you want to lose weight even faster, reduce your calories AND do cardio.

        Those mother****ers that talk about "starvation mode" need to shut up. Look at starving people in Africa-- are they in starvation mode? What about anorexic models? If you starve yourself long enough, you will lose weight-- slower metabolism or not.

          Yes they clearly are. That's why they look emaciated and ill, because their nutritionally starved bodies have ate away at their muscle tissue leaving them weak and frail. That's what stavation mode does if prolonged. You have to feed the body sufficiently if you want to lose weight healthily.

              I hate to be the bearer of bad news folks, but a 'fat burning soup' doesn't exist. It may aid fat loss combined with regular cardio exercise but just eating it alone will only help you lose weight not fat.

                That diet sucks and you will never be able to keep at it if you are doing any training. You're only getting any significant protein (beef) two days per week. You should be getting protein just about every meal.

                  This diet is bollocks to be honest haha.

                  I'm not obese. My BMI is something like 22 point something.

                  Unrealistic if you are like me and work out.
