Drop the awkward body movement and put up more combinations.

You snap the punches pretty well, but they are not much use if you cant hide them in a combo. You also throw that jab to close from your body, that makes it more teleg****d.

I also liked the fact that you were more or less landing the punches on the same area of the bag.

I love the set up, it reminds me of old vids of Marvin Hagler training in those underground dungeons he used to go to.

First thing I'd say is you need more space to move, you're too close to wall and need room for movement as you're too close to the bag as you're jabbing.. you need at least room to take a step in and jab.

If you can soemtimes, you need someone holding the bag so you're hitting it with full power and so you can get a proper snap on your jab as opposed to pushing the bag away as its coming back at you.

true i do sometimes get someone to hold it...but i end up trying to impress and gassing out in five mins with full power fast shots...and triple left hooking...that takes it outta yah.....

                Roy Jones classic move.

But yeah, you look good (no ****). Keep up the hard work and for sure lower that bag man and work on throwing body punches at the right angles (avg height for your weightclass) otherwise you'll be too used to throwing shots too high.

Let us know how your fight goes bro.

It'd be good to see a fight if you could up it.

                    What weightclass you in?
