There both good gyms i would lean toward brotherhood.
There a solid boxing club. They train all levels of fighters there.

ever trained at new york boxing inc/brotherhood club in ridgewood queens ? or Mendez in manhattan? im looking to join one of these

I used to train at brotherhood boxing.. That is a pretty good gym wit som pretty good fighters. They have great sparring there and a good conditioning program and its a close family.. It used to be 150 a month there if u are a brand new fighter but if u got your book and are fight ready or u have been fighting its 65 or cheaper that was about 2 years ago though.. But I would def. Recommend brotherhood its a good gym and the head coach ray is a good dude
