      You can increase speed and power though but chin, it's either you have it or you don't.
      there are things u can do not to better the chin itself but to brace for impact. strenghten neck muscles, be relaxed and ofcourse keep your chin at your chest. being well conditioned cant keep u from getting hurt but it will vastly improve the time it takes to recover, so in a sense that also helsp punch resistance.

      again the chin itself isnt any better, but u are protecting it better, even when its being hit.

      could u explain the non traditional ways to improve speed and reflexes? unless its some great secret.

        Thanks for that, are there any tips to strengthening my neck muscles ?

          shrugs (only weight training i personally do)


          u can also lie in the ring with your head over the edge pulling it upwards towards the ceiling. on your stomach pulling your neck to your back, on your back pulling it to your chest or on your left side pulling it to the right shoulder and right side/left shoulder.
