    The ANNOYING thing about running UP HILL is you gota RUN DOWN EVENTUALLY!!!

    Who else has that problem??? You run up the hill then eventually to get to the bottom of a hill u gota run down so you can run back up.

    That is too much recovery time. By the time you start to run up again your refreshed!!

    Need to find like a steep ass hill that goes on for like 5kilometres!!

    Anyone else have that problem???

    Thats wierd I have never come across this problem before.

      Find a shorter steeper hill.

      Or maybe an extended set of steps.

          Yeah, I don't have that problem. I am thirty five and when I am running up hill I am asking God WHY the damned hill I am on is so steep!

            That's why I go for multiple, steeper hills rather than a slow rise then a slow decline. Of course, that happens to fit where I live, guess we're all kinda limited by what's around.
