    GAH! My back!

    Alright, so today I finally figured how to work the speed bag without screwing up, so me being the teenage idiot who, when he figures out how to do something cool and won't stop until he hurts himself, kept going absolutely bat-**** crazy at the bag for about five hours straight. When I was jogging back home, (only three miles away from the gym) along the way a sharp pain shot through the area between my shoulder blades, which 'bout caused me to fall over in pain in mid stride.

    Few hours later, it's 1:30 in the morn', and the pain's still there. I can handle it but... should I get it checked out, or do you guys think I just pulled a muscle?

    any sharp pain needs to b checked out if it doesnt go away after about 2 or 3 days depending on its severity..

      Take a day or two off, get a lot of sleep and just relax. Try stretching too.

      If it persists just go to your doctor.

        Well, I went to the doctor and found out that it was just a pulled muscle... nothing to worry about, but I can't train for a while and that's tearing me apart.
