    ***OFFICIAL Changing Weight Classes Thread***

    Well everybody I figured since I am currently 152 lbs looking to move up in weight classes I would start this thread for everyone who is changing or looking to change weight classes. At the moment I am just looking to pack on as much muscle as possible while still staying in tremendous shape.

    Please post how you changed weight classes! What routines you did and what you ate! Here is mine to gain muscle (I have used this in the past and it works great!)
    Current weight 152 lbs. How does it look guys?
    Lifting Schedule:

    Monday:
    -Back
    -Legs
    -Neck

    Tuesday:
    -Shoulders
    -Biceps
    -Forearm

    Wednesday:
    -Chest
    -Triceps
    -Abs

    Thursday:
    -REST

    Friday:
    -Back
    -Legs
    -Neck

    Saturday:
    -Shoulders
    -Biceps
    -Forearm

    Sunday:
    -Chest
    -Triceps
    -Abs

          why the would you move up in weight? you dont really fight do you?

            move up in weight class after you got your 1st champ belt , if you can have your fights at minimum weight ,its better!
