I recommend Juicing if your dedicated. Not Juicing as in steroids, but as in buying a juicer and getting most of your nutrients through juice. If I want abs I can drink 4 a day and do 1 solid meal and not only will I lose mad weight, I'll cleanse all the crap out my body, and feel better than ever.
It's not cheap because you need to buy some supplements and a lot of fresh produce, but if your struggling to get abs, this will do the job.

Eat brown rice or white rice, whatever works and a solid low-fat protein such as boneless/skinless chicken breast. As others have said, eat 5-7 meals a day but make them kind of small, more like snacks. Halve a breast and eat that plus 1/2 cup of rice and an apple. Eat the other halve with some more rice and a salad in like two hours and so on.
7am: 1/2 cup oatmeal and 2 egg whites, glass of milk (skim)
10am: protein shake and a banana
1pm: 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice, apple
4pm: 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice, salad
7pm: protein shake, banana
as an example.
It will speed up you metabolism and you will be hungry all day long, even though you are eating all day long, the weight will fall off

Ive been working on getting a six pack for about 5 years now.
a few things ive learned are; posture is very important, if your blaiming genetics for not having a six pack you gave up to early, full sit ups are very important, and you cant just do ab exercises and expect a six pack you need to do human activities that involve the abs like shadow boxing hitting the bag digging holes spreading mulch carrying bags of dirt biking running swimming ect and ab exercises.

(some of your claim is legitimate but your pretense astounds me on a daily basis.)Last edited by Spartacus Sully; 05-19-2010, 01:48 AM.
