    best time to weightlift?

    dont know if anyone knows much about weightlifting but when would be the best time to do a routine along with boxing? is it best to do them on seperate days? or one after the other? or at different times on the same day? also if i lift 3 times a week can i box say 5 times a week as long as i have 2 full rest days?

    Do it in the evening, couple of hours after the boxing training.

      you gotta either do it on separate days or do weights in the morning and boxing at night. doing weights after boxing will be a waste of time.
