If you're going to try a slick style like that, you should try not squaring up so much. Incorperate more head movement defensively and with your punches.

get the basics down first, dont start with this roy jones stuff. youre a beginner right? and dont worry about speed or cardio, that stuff comes with time.

but as far as technique etc you really need to get the basics down first. throw more jabs, a lot more jabs. usually youre just throwing hooks and uppercuts. and keep your arms up, your hands dont protect your head at all. they should be up til the last second of the fight, you keep dropping them and sometimes you dont even pick them up again for a while. gotta work on your punches as well, snap them and bring them right back. throw them with purpose and be accurate.

oh and your footwork of course, its horrible. no offense just trying to help you. there IS NO footwork. you cross your feet all the time and other times you just randomly walk around like youre doing a walk in the park or something. all the "little details" (hands up, footwork etc) you dont have them down yet. keep workin though its not gonna take that long

tuck your elbows into your body especially in defense. they are pointing outwards, making your liver look like a breakfast special. "Liver n onions...all you can eat, $3.99!"

agree with the basics comments also. good luck and keep working hard!
