If so, what are you doing to relieve the pain? I'm having to skip certain exercises because the pain is unbearable, but I don't want to go to a chiropractor.

Anyone here deal with Sciatica?

Yes. I learned to deal with it by stretching properly, and strengthening the muscles in my legs. If your leg muscles are weak,more stress is placed on the back itself. Also it is better to do your sit-ups/crunches with back support- best example being a stability ball.
