    How do you guys train your legs and work on movement?

    i too have a problem with movement i can move to my left and jab with ease but trying to jab and circle to my right is hard just put the practice in i guess it'll come eventually

      shadowboxing.. lots of it

      and especially when you're on the bag, don't hang around after a big shot. move off to either side right after you throw it so in the ring you wont get hit and you're ready to throw again
