    Kahn started lifting lighter when he teamed up with Ariza, alot of his transformation was his diet.

    read teri toms book, "martial arts nutrition"



    It has Kahns and Mannys diet in there, detailed.

    Its very tough to follow though. She measured their body fat with callipers nearly every day, and had to adjust their diet with her results.

        I am not much of a fan with working with weight on the legs, you dont need it. These exercises will promote muscle, and train the nervous system to contract the trained muscles quickly, giving great endurance, speed, and explosiveness.

          Anyone know how to do the opposite of this? im more bottom heavy then top and recently put on more weight. Not sure if running is the thing i should be doing because i want to get smaller legs and not build them up. Maybe i must just diet
