              constructive criticism:
              move your head coming in, throw some faints, throw that over hand right more often, cut the ring off dont follow him.

                Need some more head movement. Keep your chin down, you never know when you're going to get caught across it. Way to squared up. Throw the jab. Go to the body. It just seemed like you were looking for that left-hook the entire time. Cut off the ring instead of just following him. You've got some good speed when you use it, take advantage of that. Also noticed that once you start trading, you get really squared and off balance by lifting up off your right leg onto your toes and you lift your chin up. You're pretty good, but for 3 years, it looks like you haven't improved much. I'm not trying to be an *******, just giving constructive criticism.
