Hi all I was just wondering if weighted vests are worth the money. Does it help with explosiveness? I was thinking of buying the walmart one ... I think it's gold gyms brand which is only 50-60 bucks or if I should buy one for 130 online. I'll mostly be using it when i'll do HIIT sprints

Yes they are great training tools. But you'll get what you pay for if you buy it at walmart.
I bought a cheap on there a while back and the shoulder strap tore off from doing sprints and jumps too much.
You buy quality, you get quality.

Originally posted by ElHuracan View PostYes From what I've noticed wheen I do them slowly I feel it has increased my power and from doing them quickly I have more explosive punches. I feel I need to do both and not just slowly or quickly. If that makes any sense
you want explosiveness you train the movement to go faster not slower. you are doing bodybuilding.
and focusing on any muscle group during a compound lft is ******ed. the whole point is that your muscles are working together
