the footwork switch at 1:11 of the first vid is called a Female Pyramid. its very old and originates in filipino kali. kali is a very dangerous martial art. back in the day guys in the phillipines would travel around and fight death matches.
btw that bald guy sucks. he hops too much and has no core control shuffle. when you shuffle back you dont hop. basics.
second video, steps are too big. pivots are too long. that female pyramid btw is for counter attacking and not just for feet position. funny seeing these fools try and teach people bad habits.
