Like, I have some spare time later tonight and I could go for an upper body workout. Thing is, I did one yesterday too, but i feel like i have a lot of energy, my legs hurt however because i ran 10 miles yesterday, so i dont want to do legs, ill just do a short ardio on the bike or something.
So yeah, can i lift again today or should i avoid it?
