Emmanuel Steward commented I think during the Margarito fight that Shane is a very strong person physically because he used to be a body builder. Doesn't go much into it but just says that to point out that Margarito might try to impose his size on Mosley, but Mosley will still be there because he's a physically strong person.

lol he was not a bodybuilder and i doubt he was a weightlifter he does weights though he might have started them in the past few years probally since the move up to welter, you can see squat racks etc in some of his heavybag vids

Everyone has a different build and although you could get a real ripped muscular body like Mosleys with the dedication and good eating habits everyone is different..
You guys need to remember it's guys like Mosleys lives and job to box, it's what they do all day and everyday.. so of course they are going to look in spectacular shape.. but if you really dedicate yourself it's possible, you may not look exactly the same but great nonetheless.Last edited by skyler; 03-27-2010, 02:28 PM.

Anyways back to the TS. If you want to get like Mosley, you will need to fill out your body. By that I mean, put on just the right amount of muscle to get a full look.
You can put on muscle a bunch of different ways; bodyweight, olympic weights, gymnastics etc etc.
Then do some boxing to get the cut look. Then after a while, you will have the look you want. Will you look exactly like Mosley(shape of abs, etc.)? No. Why? Your not Shane Mosley. But you will have that full look, like how Mosley has.

.. hmmm, let's work individual support muscle groups which yield minimal results compared to main muscle groups + requires more time to heal, hindering any training within the next 24-48 hours..
BUT HEY, AT LEAST YOU THINK YOUR BICEPS LOOK GOOD!
