    hows my diet look?

    Meal 1 (when i wake up to run)
    banana

    Meal 2 (breakfeast)
    Protien shake with raisn bran cearl or oatmeal

    Meal 3 (lunch preworkout)
    2 chicken breast with green beans

    Meal 4 (postworkout dinner)
    chicken breast brown rice and green beans

    Meal 5 (before i go to sleep)
    protien shake

    I'd say thats pretty good, are you taking any multi-vitamins?

      yeah i take 1 when i get up along with fish oil

        awesome... fish oil is great for your heart... you might find this crazy but my trainer recommended prenatal vitamins and extra iron pills and that helped my healing tremendously...i was bruising really bad and the iron helped with the bruising and recovery.. the prenatal's didn't seem to make a difference imo but I asked my doctor about it and he said there is nothing wrong with it... Also make sure you are taking cranberry pills... being you are drinking a lot of fluids (pissing a lot) makes sure you dont get UTI's.. your diet looks good though... whens your next fight?

            what can i take to get iron in me? ive been getting cut lately and healing is taking its sweet time

            btw sick diet plenty of protein and carb up in the morning good one add some nuts too ie almonds

              Excellent diet there, I'd prefer to see you having five portions of fresh fruit or veg each day, varying daily as well. But if you can keep this up terrific.

                you can get iron pills just about any grocery store, walmart or any place that sells vitamins... they definitely help with the bruising... I use to be black and blue everywhere after fights and after I started taking those I very seldom bruise

                    no prob man... do any of you guys take a cleanser a week before weigh in? i just started that and its helped with weight tremendously... also i started taking ex-lax or a generic form of that 2 days before weigh in and i have been making weight easy as hell... im going for my tenth win in a row march 12th so wish me luck. Im 28 now, and this fight I need to win.... im 11-1 (6kos) and the guy im facing has 3 inches on me and is in Joshua Clotteys crew (gym)... he is 28-2 but I feel damn good about my chances...
