Some more body shots would be great and it looks like you look at the ground a lot when you weave.

              - Try using some more feints to vary your attack plan. In the first fight you were doing a good job throwing straight punches and initiating contact but you got a bit repetitive. Near the end of the first fight he was anticipating the big right hand after the first few jabs. After you have him anticipating the right hand punish him for it by throwing the hook off the jab or simply throw a stiff jab after the first few range-finder's.

              - Try approaching him from some different angles. You could have also given him some new looks by varying your attack angle, most times you came straight at him and it helped him adjust to your attack plan. Try mixing in some more lateral movement and making him defend your 1-2 on an angle and see how he responds.

              - In the second fight you looked a bit fatigued (If you went 9 rounds before hand that might have done it), occasionally you moved straight back after blocking his jab or you didn't move at all. Try to remember that if your going to block his jab make sure you move back at an angle to limit the risk you put yourself in. If he doesn't throw the right hand after the jab then you can catch it and fire your jab after like you did near the end of the video nicely. I think a lot of what I'm commenting on here was more a function of you being tired than glitches to be honest.

              Keep up the hard work.
Great feedback thank you very much i really do need to work on the angles and moving strait back as well i didnt work the body very well usually it is my strong point and i did see how things were a little repetitive and i will work on throwing some more faints as well to thank you very much i appreciate the time

Justin were you taught the modern stance (more chest facing target) or the classic stance? It is pretty good but against the second guy your square on upper body was presenting too many opportunities to your opponent with the left shoulder not so far forward you are asking to be jabbed and out jabbed . Also with the right shoulder too far forward it is taking a lot off your right hand. I just feel if you adopt a classic stance (shoulders not square on and at a tighter angle to the target) your whole game will go up another level. Mayweather has the classic stance and Hatton the modern. you will automatically feel a tighter defense and more power in your right hand by adopting the classic stance. It will also shut down your opponent's offense.

I do square up to much but i never really put a lot of thuoght into it thank you very much i really appreciate that and i get what you mean with rick hatton ive been watching a lot of his videos and i have been trying to take some thing from him such as the movement staying on your toes and bouncing but i didnt really think about being squared up thank you

Really work on the classic stance, the right shoulder will feel very far back but in that position the right hand slots in right by the chin naturally which is where it should be. With the modern stance the tendency is for the right hand to be ahead of the chin which is what you do and you will be OK if you see the punches coming but in the pocket will be a sucker for a sneaky left hook. I know if I was fighting you I would be thinking about hitting you with a left hook as soon as I got inside. My old boxing coach changed me from modern to classic. He talked about keeping shape which is presenting the same acute classic stance angle to the opponent regardless of the movement. So he had me do a lot of mirror work and just moving around the ring with no hitting tracking an opponent's movement. Do this first and you will notice how quickly and easy it is to fall back into the bad habit of the modern stance. Work on this for 2 weeks and you will never look back . You will never want to go back to the modern stance. You will feel much safer in the ring and will look at square on fighters as easy target practise. you will also notice that your opponents won't feel as comfortable and if they do open up counter punching will be much safer and you will get the better of the exchanges. Another advantage is your left shoulder is closer to the chin protecting it more and closer to the target reducing the time a jab takes. Everything else looks good and will fall into place. Your right hand power will increase by 30% and when you land it it will worry your opponent.Really put the work in and you will see a big difference and they won't just be technical differences mentally you will feel more confident and more of a predator looking for mistakes to take advantage of .

Great movement and you looked good against your first partner (though he seemed like someone who's only been in the ring for a month or two), but your second partner really would have done some damage. Your guard is WIDE open.
