    How often do you guys run?

    How many days a week does everyone here run? And that includes sprints, HIIT, distance, whatever

    I dont do Boxing anymore (tho im considering a comeback! ) But i lift weights four nights a week, Mon,Tues,Wed & Friday, before i start i do 2miles on the tredmill just flat my best time is what i hit on Friday 12:48mins. I run about 6miles outside on Sat and hit the Heavy Bag for an hour on Sunday.

    Hit the bag coz by lifting the weights obviously im packing on the muscle and thus feeling a bit tight and heavy so i like to stay lose, keep my **** quick. After all u never know when u'll need to regulate a muther ****er! lol

      6 times a week, 3 interval runs and 3 medium distance runs.
      interval runs i do 2 minutes on 1 minute off 4 times on the treadmill at 12k per hour and incline of 8.0
      distance run i do 2 miles in 14 minutes twice a week and one 5 mile run at an easy pace.

        You should run at least 30 minutes everyday or take one day off for your legs to recover

          Starting P90X this Monday but substituting running in for the Yoga on Thursdays and running on Saturdays. I currently run 4-6 miles on Tuesday and Thursday so I'll keep that up except on Thursday and Saturdays. I used to do the same with a 2 mile warmup and 1 mile cool down with my workouts on Mon, Wed, and Fri but with P90X- I won't really need it (with the dieting as well to compensate for the running)

            Myself, I do 4-6 runs a week, usually two of them are intense sprint type sessions, and the rest are either hard distance runs, like 3 miles at a fast pace with sprints mixed in, or longer, slower distance runs to keep my weight down or build my aerobic base.

              4 or 5 days a week, 2 or 3 miles.

                Used to run 3 miles a day when I was training, haven't run in months though.
