Sprints with a wind parachute tied to your back can help endurance.

      Find a football/soccer field.

Start at the endline. Sprint to the middle, jog back, repeat as many times as you can in 10 or 15 or 20 minutes (depending on how your cardio is right now - you might be dead after 10 mins)

Sprint for 20 seconds, then walk for 10, sprint 20, walk 10. Repeat 8 sets of sprint 20 walk 10. Great workout and it only takes 4 minutes. You have to go all out as hard/fast as you can though.

        Depending on your fitness levels.

Jog 60 (30 if good fitness) seconds - Sprint 30 seconds.

Do this for 15 mins, then to get the extra bit of cardio do some fast paced walking (Jog if you can manage it) for 15 mins.

If you live near a beach do sprints there. 10x as hard as doing it on regular terrain.

Or do Intervals like the above poster said

60 seconds of Jogging or steady pace running followed by a 30 second sprint and repeat 5 times or more depending on your conditioning level.

You don't even have to do this on a track or a field. You can do it on a treadmill or a aridyne bike.

If you want to take it to another level. Buy a Prowler from EliteFTS and do these
